Products and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. New authorized-dealer items are sold at manufacturer MAP where applicable. Demo, open-box, and used items are clearly labeled and sold as-is. We may correct listing errors (price, availability, description) and cancel an order if needed, with a full refund of any amount charged.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. Special-order / available-to-order items are ordered from the distributor for you and may not be cancelled once that order is placed.

Payment
Payment is due at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Shipping
We ship within the United States. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier has the package. Inspect cartons on arrival and report shipping damage within 48 hours.

Returns
Returns follow our Return and refund policy.

Warranty
New items carry the manufacturer’s warranty. HiFi Guy NC does not add a separate store warranty unless stated on the product page. Demo, open-box, and used items have no store warranty except as required by law.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, Shaffer Consulting, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
