We ship from the Charlotte, NC area and also offer local pickup on many items.

How shipping is calculated
- Most parcel-eligible items use carrier rates at checkout.
- You pay the actual shipping shown at checkout (and tax where applicable).
- New products (full retail / new pre-orders) may include free shipping in the contiguous U.S.
- Used, demo, open-box, and like-new do not include free shipping — you pay the carrier rate at checkout, or choose local pickup.

Insurance
- Orders / items of $500.00 or more ship insured with signature required.
- Insurance may be included in the shipping charge or in the item price.
- Declining insurance on high-value parcel shipments is not offered.

Local pickup
- Select Local pickup when available.
- We will confirm when the order is ready at our Charlotte-area location.

Large or freight items
- Speakers, large components, and multi-box orders may be pickup only or require a freight quote.
- If an item cannot ship parcel, the product page will say so. Email kevinshaffer@hifiguync.com.

Processing time
- In-stock orders generally ship within 1–3 business days after payment, unless the listing says otherwise.
- Tracking is provided when the label is created.
- Available-to-order / special-order items ship after we receive them from the distributor.

Returns
- See our Refund policy.
- Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
